All members of the School of Management -the faculty, students, and staff - must abide by the following Code of Ethics.
 
Preamble

The mission of the School of Management Code of Ethics is to promote the growth of ethically responsible members through adherence to the highest standards of overall ethical conduct, to develop a sense of individual responsibility on the part of each member of the School community to participate actively in maintaining such standards, and to foster an environment of honor and trust within the School community. Fulfilling this mission is a collective responsibility of the members of the School community.
 
I. All Members of School Community

1. All members of the School of Management community must establish trust through mutual respect and cooperation, and strive to build ethical culture within the community.
2. All members of the School community must recognize the changes in the global environment, and realize the importance of corporate sustainability and social responsibilities.
3. All members of the School community must align individual vision and mission with those of the School, and actively participate in all of the School¡¯s official events.
4. All members of the School community must properly use the resources of Kyung Hee University.
5. All members of the School community must strive to retain sound value in their lives.
 
II. The Faculty

1. All faculty members must be student-oriented, and develop scholastic and research capabilities of individual students.
2. All faculty members must deliver quality lectures, and provide with sincere feedbacks on various opinions derived from lectures, presentations, and/or exams.
3. All faculty members must recognize the importance of working in teams and diversity.
4. All faculty members must provide diverse opportunities to students outside lectures for competency development.
5. All faculty members must strive to reinforce research competency, and abide by research ethics.
 
III. Students

1. All students must motivate themselves, and develop own scholastic and research competency.
2. All students must put forth their utmost in lectures, and sincerely accept feedbacks derived from lectures, presentations, and/or exams.
3. All students must recognize the importance of working in teams, and strive to cooperate with other students in own major as well as in other majors.
4. All students must participate in diverse opportunities outside lectures for competency development.
5. All students must never tamper with own scholastic achievements.
 
IV. Staff

1. All staff members must abide by the administrative service charter of Kyung Hee University.
2. All staff members must respect all regulations and policies when carrying out administrative services, and value collaboration with other staff members.
3. All staff members must recognize the importance of working in teams, and strive to maintain kind attitude.
4. All staff members must participate in diverse opportunities for competency development
5. All staff members must properly manage the resources of the School.
 
V. Equal Opportunities

The School of Management and its members insure equal opportunities in various fields of admissions, education, research, and community services.
